HOW TO USE
Swipe on a layer of clear lip gloss.
Then apply the lip & eye sparkle using a soft pressing motion. For precision, use a lip brush.
It also doubles as an eyeshadow. Start by applying a small about of primer to your eyelids. Then apply eyeshadow in a shade closest to the lip & eye sparkle.
With a damp eyeshadow brush, dab some lip & eye sparkle onto your eyelids.
Pat, it down till it sets and brushes off any excess glitter.
