However, if there is an issue with the product received by you, you can contact us at orders@woovly.com within 7 days of receiving the product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to category of the goods you wish to exchange. You can reach out to our customer care team to guide you through the exchange process. Applicable only if a wrong product/ wrong variant/ damaged product is received by you.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed in a maximum of 7 days from the date on which Woovly receives returned goods.

The refund will be initiated on the account/UPI details used by you while making the purchase of the item on Woovly.
