HOW TO USE
Push the bottom of the applicator to dispense the perfect amount of highlighter into the brush tip. To brighten, use the pen down the bridge of the nose, the brow bones, above the brow, and on the tops of the cheeks.
Apply where desired. Gently pat with fingertips to blend. You may use this perfecting pen for brightening, smoothing and perfecting.
