HOW TO USE

• Shake the bottle well before use. Take out the applicator brush of the eyeliner and draw a line from the inner corner of the eye to the outer corner in a firm stroke.
• Make sure that there is no gap between the lash line and the eyeliner.
• Alternatively, you can also use the shimmer eyeliners on top of eyeshadows to make a dramatic effect on the eyes.
