HOW TO USE

Clean your menstrual cup with Sirona Menstrual Cup Wash

Fill the container with water up to 1 cm below the top rim and put the prewashed menstrual cup in it.

Keep the lid loosely over the container and microwave it at high temperature for 2-3 minutes

Allow the cup to cool down to room temperature before use;
